Repatriation and Reassignment Programs Suddath International understands how difficult an international assignment can be for a spouse/partner and family. We offer consultants to help guide the spouse/partner and family in the educational, cultural and professional adjustments common to returning to their home country, or a new assignment. In order to support returning or reassigned expatriates, we conduct a detailed needs analysis several months prior to the end of the assignment. Our program is then administered over a 6-8 week period of time appropriate to the employee's scheduled return or reassignment.
