Steve Crooks, President
Steve Crooks is the President of Suddath International. In this position, he is responsible for all operations, business development, and financial activity of Suddath International and Sentry International.
After joining the company in 1995, Steve served as executive vice president of Suddath International. His previous positions include vice president of Arpin International Group and Regional Director of Mayflower International.
Steve earned his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from Purdue University. He now serves as President of the executive committee of the Overseas Moving Network International (OMNI) in London.

David Dance, Vice President of Finance & Strategic Development
As Vice President of Finance and Strategic Development, David Dance manages the operational accounting and financial reporting for both Suddath International and Sentry International. He also plays a strong role in strategically enhancing quality systems and new service offerings, assists in the implementation of new clients and manages both supplier and client contracts.
David joined Suddath in 2006 as Chief Accounting Officer and has more than 14 years experience in the relocation industry. Prior to joining Suddath, he spent 11 years working for Cartus (formerly Cendant Mobility Services) holding positions in Corporate Finance and Supply Chain Management.
David earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1992. He then went on to pursue a Master’s of Business Administration from Sacred Heart University and completed the program in 1996. In addition to his strong educational background, David is also a Certified Relocation Professional. |

Linda Warn, Director of Operations
Linda Warn has been with Suddath International for 20 years. She is currently the Director of Operations where she is responsible for overall direction, staffing, and functions of the operations and rate departments in all Suddath International and Sentry International locations.
Linda also works closely with Suddath programmers to ensure the use of the latest technology methods while finding efficiencies in the work flow process through these systems. She tracks and analyzes bookings, margins and staffing needs and to ensure clients have all the reports and customer service that they need.
Linda was certified through the FIDI network as a Master in Moving (MIM) and was also instrumental in obtaining Suddath’s FAIM certification. |

Michael Wilson, Regional Director of Sales for Suddath International
Michael Wilson joined the Suddath family of companies in 2006 based in the Los Angeles, California offices. His position is dedicated to developing new corporate account business and the management of those accounts.
Michael’s career includes previous positions spanning over 20 years with Dean Worldwide (now Crown Relocation) and Interconex in sales and marketing positions. He has traveled extensively domestically and internationally to support business with many of the world’s largest multi-national companies. His travel has included the development of business partnerships with other international moving specialists from around the world.
A graduate of California State University at Long Beach, Michael has completed post-graduate work at Pepperdine University and participated in many sales, relocation and transportation related certificate programs over his career. Michael obtained his Corporate Relocation Professional (CRP) Certificate in 1999. |

Andres Plaza , Operations Manager – Los Angeles
Andres Plaza joined Suddath in February of 2006 as the Operations Manager for Suddath International Los Angeles. He is responsible for managing the Suddath International team in LA, and overseas customer and operational relations for the LA client base.
Prior to joining Suddath International in 2006, Andres was the General Manager for Interdean-Interconex in Dallas, TX. His previous positions include on-site Global Move Manager for Interconex, Inc. at the World Bank Washington, DC, and on site International Relocation Coordinator for Interconex at Occidental Petroleum in Bakersfield, CA.
Andres earned his degree in Communications and Spanish at the State University of New York at Plattsburgh. |

Lauren Kolesar, Pricing Manager
Lauren Kolesar obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Logistics and Economics from Penn State. She began her career in warehousing and manufacturing and also worked for several years as an International Logistics Manager of hazardous materials.
Lauren moved to Jacksonville and began working at Suddath International as a counselor in 2000. In 2005, she went to work with the Logistics Division as a Project Manager on American Woodmark. After the initial start up was complete, Lauren went back to Suddath International to create and manage the new pricing department.
In this role, Lauren handles all of the RFP's, oversees pricing for Sentry and Suddath International and negotiates all vendor costs. |

Devorah Allen, Quality & Metrics Manager
Devorah Allen has been with Suddath International for 10 years of combined service. She currently holds the position of Quality & Metrics Manager where she uses the principles of Six Sigma to pursue total customer satisfaction through the continual quality improvement of processes for both Suddath International and Sentry International. She also promotes organizational learning, innovation, and management of actionable metrics, scorecards and benchmarking. In addition to her role as Quality & Metric Manager, Devorah oversees the Claims Department and the New Hire and Ongoing Training Programs.
At the start of her 10 year tenure, Devorah worked as an International Relocation Counselor in Jacksonville, FL and was promoted to Operations Manager of Suddath’s Los Angeles office in 2000. In 2002, she returned to school and in 2007 graduated from University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management degree with University Honors.
Devorah received her certification as a licensed facilitator of The MAGIC® of Customer Relations Program along with a Certificate in Six Sigma, Green Belt in 2008. In 2010, she will also pursue her Six Sigma, Black Belt Certificate to continue her commitment to quality. |

Mary Sortal, Account Manager
Mary Sortal has over 30 years in the international household goods industry, and has been at Suddath International for the past seven years. In her current position as Account Manager, she is responsible for client retention and growth by coordinating the various components of the client relationship. Key initiatives include customized programs to meet specific account needs, improving service delivery, and advocacy for the client.
Mary started at North American International where she gained expertise in the technical side of the business, including pricing and operations. Her later tenure at MSI focused specifically on corporate client needs, as well as supplier management. This varied experience provides a strong background for her current role.
Mary holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Eastern Illinois University and in Suddath's Wayne, NJ office. |

Heather Randolph, Assistant Controller
Heather Randolph joined Suddath International in December of 2002. In her current position as Assistant Controller, some of her job duties include assisting the Controller in development and implementation of accounting’s policies and procedures, benchmarking performance, developing methodology and strategic directions for the accounting staff, and supervising the department’s daily functions of centralized payables, billing, and collections services for all Suddath International offices.
Heather earned her Bachelor of Business Administration (Corporate Finance) from University of North Florida. She has since completed a 12 month course in management training and will begin the graduate program at UNF in the spring of 2010 toward her Master of Business Administration (International Business). |

Chris Jenkins, Sales Manager – Sentry International
Chris is the Sales Manager of Sentry International. Originally from Wales, UK, he is responsible for sustaining and growing the division's revenue. He takes care of individual clients moving overseas (shipper direct), manages relationships with key overseas agents, assists the SRS branches with their opportunities, and provides a forwarding service for numerous domestic agents.
Chris has been with Sentry/Suddath International since 2005, and is proud to have received Employee of the Year Award in 2006, as well the "Rising Star" Award for Suddath International in 2009. Prior to 2005, he worked in the cruise industry and traveled the world as a Destination Lecturer and On-Board Marketing Specialist. This experience has allowed him to bring different sales techniques, customer service skills and new strategies to the Sentry division.
In his private time he enjoys traveling and spending time on the water with his jet ski. |
